Search & Browsing

Our advance search allows you to find products by style, brand, price and even color. Or simply enter your favorite product’s item number into the search area to pull up exactly what you currently use. Browsing is made easy with shopping through various categories including areas of your home, school, work or life. And if you find yourself viewing the details of a product your just not sure is right, check out our many suggestions of other similar products in the right-hand column.

Add to Cart

When you find an item you want to purchase, select the quantity and “add to cart”. It’s that simple. You will see the item added to your shopping cart along with any estimated shipping and handling charges. You can continue shopping and once complete, click the “Checkout” button.

Registration

We encourage our customers to become registered shoppers since it provides you with many more features including speedy look-up on your order status, fast re-order on your favorite items, quick-checkout features including an address book, plus completely customizable communication preferences that let you share with us when you want to hear from us and on what topic. To register simply click on the “My Account” button in the upper right of any page to register.

Online we offer a variety of payment options to suit our buyers from major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover to accepting checks and money orders

Credit Cards

Using a credit card is a safe and secure payment method providing the fastest processing of your online order. To guarantee fast service, be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Make sure the billing address on your order matches the billing address for the credit card being charged. Confirm your credit card number, card ID and expiration date. Once complete, your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

Checks and Money Orders

Paying by check or money order is easy and now available online. We offer the convenient payment option of sending in a mailed check/money order in addition to credit card payment online. When checking out, you will find two payment options available – credit card or mailed check – simply select the mailed check option and include the appropriate check number or 000 for money orders. At the completion of your order, print a copy of your order confirmation page for your records and include a second copy with your payment remittance. Please note orders with payment by mailed check/money order will not be processed until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

If you provide a valid email address and opt-in to receive order notices, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and notify you when your order ships.

For convenient tracking of your order, don’t forget to register and receive up-to-date information on your order including when we received your payment, when your order processed and shipped. Additionally, registration has benefits like quick online reorders, personalized communication preferences and management of your account online.
